Stakeholders come in many different shapes and sizes – they might be customers, users, managers or colleagues and you need to manage and collaborate with them effectively to maximize the value of your product.
This course will help you identify who your stakeholders are, what they’re interested in, what they need from you and your product, and how they might be able to help you out.

Intended Audience
This course is aimed at Scrum Masters who want to improve their individual knowledge of stakeholder engagement practices in service to their Scrum team and their wider organization.
Prerequisites of the Certifications
There are no specific pre-requisites to study this course.
Learning Objectives
After completing the Stakeholder Engagement in an Agile Environment course, you will be able to:
- Identify your stakeholders and understand your role in engaging with them;
- Categorize your stakeholders and create meaningful personas; and
- Define the stakeholder involvement in the Scrum process through the Product Vision, Product Roadmap and Sprint Goals.
