Aaron has been in the IT industry for 10 years servicing a variety of industries, from small retail businesses to multi-billion dollar hedge funds. Specializing in workflow optimization, he has helped users at all levels increase their productivity and efficiency ranging from tasks like taking medical offices to paperless, to administering patch management, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.

Prior to starting his IT career, Aaron was a test prep teacher, helping high school students improve their standardized test scores for college admissions. He joins Cloud Academy to combine his two passions, technology and teaching.

Abhishek Gupta

Abhishek Gupta has 10+ years of experience in the domain of high-performance computing, cloud, and security. Currently, he’s leading an innovation team at the Schlumberger Software Technology Innovation Center and is also a visiting faculty member at Santa Clara University where he teaches a graduate course in cloud computing. Gupta has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Adam Hawkins

Adil Islam

Adil is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, former Azure Engineer, and loves all things Azure. He is a certified Azure Administrator and Azure DevOps Expert and has worked for some of the biggest MSPs in the world (Cognizant, New Signature, CoreAzure). He loves to combine his two passions: cloud and teaching.

Adil specializes in Azure Infrastructure services and has a curiosity for new, in-preview services from Azure, getting his hands familiar with the content before most of the world does. Outside of work, Adil helps run a growing community of IT professionals looking to break into the cloud and regularly runs workshops and webinars.

Alex Casalboni

Alex is a Software Engineer with a great passion for web technologies and music.

He spent the last 5 years building web products and deepening his knowledge on full-stack web development and software design, with a main focus on frontend and UX.

Despite being a passionate coder, Alex worked hard on his software and sound engineering background, which provides him the tools to deal with multimedia, signal processing, machine learning, AI, and many interesting topics related to math and data science.

Indeed, he had the opportunity to study and live in a very young and motivating environment in Bologna and Milan, two of the biggest and oldest Italian Universities. These experiences lead him to work on several projects involving robotics, machine intelligence, music semantic analysis, and modern web development.
