Principal Learning Specialist - PPM, Agile, Lean & DevOps

Jahanger is a Principal Learning Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in Systems Development, Business Analytics, and Project Management within local government and housing.

Throughout his career, Jahanger has had a number of job roles, which have included Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master. At a portfolio level, Jahanger has worked with senior directors to formulate and translate strategy into objectives/priorities and lead the delivery of a number of transformation programs.

Jahanger is Principal Learning Specialist at QA Ltd. He has successfully guided those new to Agile through their initial training, helped experienced staff as they progress in their careers, and worked at management level advising on best practice, as well as adapting and customizing courses to fulfill the exact needs of clients.

Whilst at QA, Jahanger has worked with numerous clients on-site, acting as an Agile mentor and facilitator. He has worked with clients in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Legal, Consultancy, Education, and Printing. This has included undertaking agile maturity assessments and creating an agile PMO to facilitate executive agile transformation workshops.
